The 4 pillars of the WBOT collaborative
This collaboration is the perfect opportunity for those of you who have been practicing for some time and have gathered the core knowledge, but still want to grow, learn from a community of therapists, and want support applying what you’ve learned to your cases.
I’ve been in workplaces where I felt extreme burnout. I don’t want that for you. My goal of this group is to empower you to prioritize your mental health for career longevity.
In the collaborative, we’ll dive into case studies (many of your own clients) to figure out how to support them with treatment strategies and solutions.
The collab gives you dedicated time each month to learn from therapists outside of your circle, broaden your knowledge, and gain perspective. If you have a solo practice, this is so helpful!
It’s a place where you can continue to grow into the confident therapist you want to be, as we have focus topic presentations (some past topics include Goal Attainment Scaling, Creating Neurodiversity Affirming Social Stories, and Daily Documentation), rich group discussions, review research articles, share our favorite tools, and support each other through the challenges that may arise with being a pediatric Occupational Therapist.
